Which Covenant will you pick for Shadowlands?

And why is it Venthyr?

I don’t know enough about them to make a valid decision.

Which ever i find fun not picking the one just because some site says which one is best ext.

Venthyr for rogue and warrior and warlock
Kyerian for paladin, maybe mage
Necrolords for unholy death knight

Whichever one makes my class feel better, probably. Unless they’re just cosmetic, that is, in which case I don’t really know. Will have to see what they actually look like in game.

Whichever covenant has the best DPS increase. Otherwise, transmog quality.

You just damn well know they are going to make one ability completely broken at launch, and then nerf it into the ground, effectively ruining certain characters.

cut blizzard some slack

I will be going with the one that has the best music and view for my character to AFK in for the next 2 years

Night Fae!

100% based on transmog! Us casual scum have the advantage of never caring which thing is momentarily “best”

Either Venthyr or Kyrian haven’t decided yet.

i know this is me doom saying… but if they dont balance the abbilities your classes/spec get…
we wont really have a choice.
Ya, we pay for our sub. i get that.
HOWEVER, if lets say venthyr does decent dps gain while bastion does obsene damage calculations… i have to go with bastion even tho i love venthyr.
Its the nature of the beast. I hope they can balance it so all choices are on curve with another or if not that, just on pair with one another.

Kyrian for my human paladin. Night fae for my nelf druid. Necrolords for my human DK. Venthyr for my belf paladin.

The rest are undecided.

I’m going to pick the one with the most pickles

For Laysia here, I’ll be choosing Night Fae. But my dk will be going Necrolords.

Maldraxxus

It really depends on what they bring to the table for Gameplay. I am going to have to wait until more info is out.

Pretty much.

Having said that, if their gameplay bonuses are not broken and I can make a choice based on just aesthetics:

Zandalari Druid : Night Fae

Blood Elf Warlock : Venthyr most likely. But I like the idea of a Warlock manipulating the “good” covenant for his ends, so maybe Bastion.

Vulpera Hunter : Maldraxxus

Void Elf Monk : Maldraxxus most likely.

All of them. At least one of every armor type in each covenant.

Haven’t really thought much about exactly who goes where yet … probably night fae for this character. It will be a pure roleplaying choice/rationalization - I don’t intend to look at stats/abilities when deciding.

I haven’t decided yet, though I heard one lets you assume a ghost fox form. That’s a pretty heavy lean for my vulpera here. That said I’ll play with all the powers pretty heavily while leveling so I’ll base mine on which one I feel best with.

I’m really hoping after Alpha / Beta, they decide to make Covenants entirely cosmetic - in which case, players can pick based on interest, lore or w/e, and not min/maxed for performance.
