I really like these, but I didn’t play during Pandaria, and I have exactly 0. Which ones should I try to farm that won’t take extremely long?

Your guild needs the Glory of the Pandaria Raider achievement to be able to buy it though.

Go to the Jade Forest in Pandaria and look for a quest called “Wild Things” this will start the line leading up to dailies to raise a Cloud Serpent. If they are still available, which they should be to my knowledge.
It’s been a bit so I don’t remember if you have to get to Exalted before obtaining your first Serpent or not. But I know you need exalted in order to be able to purchase the other colors apart from the one you raised. 
If you want a chance to get one of the Heavenly Cloud Serpents, I suggest trying to kill the Sha of Anger in Kun Lai Summit on every character possible. As you’ll have a chance to obtain the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent.
It’s super rare so the more characters you do it on, the more likely a chance you’ll have.
The other Heavenly Cloud Serpents are tied to Achievements, etc. Same with the Thundering ones as well. Besides the Thundering Crimson Cloud Serpent which can be purchased from a Guild vendor. Which is probably the easiest as the other replies said but it does require a guild that’s been around for a while.
highly recommend never ever trying to go after Ivory Cloud Serpent if you value your sanity

It is either the rep in the Jade Forest, I don’t remember the name or the Shado-pan in Townlong Steepes rep. I also think one of the Glory of the Pandira raider achs gives out a cloud serpent mount but you may need help to get it. All three raid tiers require multiple people for the achievements to complete.
Beyond that the mounts are very low rng luck.
I bought my ruby thundering serpent off auction house. It was relatively low-priced. So try the auction house, you might get lucky.

The Onyx one probably. I believe it’s for finishing the Shadopan questline.
Yulei, Daughter of Jade would be the next one.
The Ivory one is sick. It’s my prelate’s main flying mount. Might be easier now with less people in Vale.

Is it the one from the faction rep ?? Its great as you can grow your mount
I have a gnome rogue doing the Order of the Cloud Serpent questline/dailies and a human warrior doing the Shado-pan questline/dailies and I would recommend doing the Order of the Cloud Serpent as the experience is more fun, the play is more varied and you get three mounts.

I’ve seen this mount as low as 18k. I’d say this is easily farmable in old raids.
I don’t know if they changed it but you could farm eggs for easy rep for one.

Thundering Cobalt and Heavenly Onyx, bro.
Getting exalted with the cloud serpent people is really easy. I did it in a few days on my hunter. Those would be the easiest ones to get.
Right now this is going for a lot more on the servers that I have gold on.
You can seriously get Order of the Cloud Serpent to exalted in just a few hours, especially with Darkmoon Faire going on right now.

Collecting Onyx Eggs as we speak, lol. I need 54 of them to get to exalted.

Elegon is fairly easy to get as it drops from a raid you can easily solo.
