Which Classic Zone resembles your home town?

I thought about this this morning. I am on a sea island off the coast of South Carolina, and it looks almost exactly like the Swamp of Sorrows to be honest. We don’t have the sunken temple but a lot of old churches under water and demolished from the civil and revolutionary wars. What zones look like your hometown?

That sounds really neat.
My area is kinda like the Barrens. I live in New Mexico near the Sandia Mountains.

Just looked it up and the first pic showed a river that definitely resembled the river bordering durotar and the barrens. I want to go kayak trip that asap.

One of my favorite zones, the scenery and music there feel peaceful.

It resembles my hometown for other reasons

The forests of Winterspring. We even have moose which resemble yeti if you squint real hard.

Well I’m from Michigan so forests, animals and snow are everywhere, and people only know of one city in the area

The Bosque is beautiful in the fall, and there is the balloon fiesta around then as well.

Frostsabers?

Sure.
No. Forests. Animals. Snow.
Only one city anyone outside of it knows.

You know. Michigan =)

I am also from Michigan. It’s pretty rural so I’d have to say Westfall.

Kalamazoo, right? (Somehow, of all things, I have a friend who lives there AND my brother married someone who grew up there. Two completely unrelated people from NOT-Detroit.)

Depends on what you’d classify as hometown. If it’s where one was born, then probably the Badlands. If it’s where I grew up, then Swamp of Sorrows. If it’s where I live now, then Westfall.

As for me … middle of metro area so I’d probably just say Stormwind, and call the state of California the entire Eastern Kingdoms given all the ecosystems.

I grew up in a dense, loud, dirty, poor, overcrowded city on the Massachusetts south coast that has a water boundary on one side and a forest on another side.

I guess

I live on Cape Cod now which is…some combination of the beach coastline of Stranglethorn Vale melded with some of the rural aspects of Westfall, the wooded areas of Ashenvale and the settled areas of pre-Catalysm Loch Modan. In January we’ll be Winterspring.

STV is about the same as Florida, we just have iguanas instead of raptors.

Probably western plague lands. My home town is in the rural south. So it’s hot, hazy and a lot of religious fanatics running around. Also a lot of people are as big as flesh golems.
Yeah I’m not really looking forward to going back home for Christmas.

Probably Hillsbrad Foothills - Coastal, hilly, green. The climate seems about right too.
