Getting the itch to level an alt. I’ve only ever played paladin in Classic (ret/holy).
Not sure which class to level though since I have no experience with any of them. Not a huge fan of cast bars. Made a warrior and honestly don’t really dig the rage generation.
Was thinking druid, rogue, hunter, or warlock. I actually do like the play style of ret while leveling btw, but I have no real basis for comparison.
I’d like a class that is fun to level since I probably won’t play it seriously at max.
Would also consider making a horde alt on another server if Enh. Shaman is fun/similar to Paladin.
I picked two classes that I’ve not spent a lot of time on previously. Mage for main and Druid alt. I’m having a ton of fun on both. Mage is frost and Druid is a bearcat
Roll a hunter for ez mode + gold farm
Druid is the best class, and Tauren is the best race.
I will allow Night Elf, if i must.
So far leaning toward Druid.

Any votes for Shaman? Is it similar to paladin?
Shammies are great if you make good use of totems. Bit of micro managing but enjoyable.
I’m going to level a Paladin purely for BG pvp. Goddess help me.
Shaman are far superior to PLD, they have battle rez, buffing totems, Wind fury totem giving extra attacks for all melee, fear breaking totems, spell absorbing totems…
They can ghost wolf, they can buff there own weapons with rock biter and flame tongue…

If you enjoyed auto attacking on your Ret Paladin and playing slot machines with every swing while you chased that SoC proc, you’re going to absolutely love Enhancement Shaman.
It’s the same Slot Machines, but the payout is bigger, and every so often, you have an extra two buttons you can press.
Depends on what you want to do.
Gold farm: hunter
Jack of all trades, alternative tanking: druid
Complexity, immersion: warlock
Hilarious ganking: rogue
Easy to hard leveling is hunter, druid, warlock, rogue but if you like paly then they are all easier and faster to level.
