I might be able to hit r13 on one of my characters this winter. I’m just not sure what one would gain the most from it. This is purely to use the r13 gear for bgs/wpvp.
Hunter (already r11) has the complete t1 and t2 sets.
Priest (currently r6) has 3pc t2.5 mixed with aq/bwl damage/healing gear. This is mainly for shadow or tri spec.
Shaman (currently r7) has t2.5 set and various aq/bwl items for ele and enh. I enjoy both ele and enh.
All of them have weapons that I would use over r14 stuff. I am mainly thinking of the stamina boost for pvp.
Man, all 3 of those are really good, curious about your priest, do you play shadow? If not R13 does offer a solid set for that.

Shaman r13 set is hot dookie. Would not recommend. There are better options for both enhancement and elemental from raids. The only piece that’s decent is the boots for the ghost wolf speed.
Hunter r12 gloves are BiS, but the rest of the set is meh.
If you want to play shadow priest the priest PvP set is arguably BiS. I always wear the full set when I’m shadow PvPing unless I want to use my rocket helm.
