Which class is more fun to play?

Rogue or Demon Hunter?

Warlock. Always.

One uses butter knives, the other has large butter knives and can turn into a demon with laser beams.

Not saying which is cooler, but the choice is yours

Rogue.

rogue if you know what are you doing

dh can be kinda fun with less effort though

Rogue is difficult, if you aren’t willing to put the time and effort into playing rogue then I don’t recommend it. Unless you’re playing casual and aren’t doing any in-game content. DH is easy to get into but isn’t a lot of fun imo

Rogue, but learning to play it well takes some work.

Hey, the other faction needs easy target practice sometimes too!

Agreed, agreed. I support noobie rogues.

Rogue.

And it’s not even because I hate Demon Hunters with the power of a million exploding suns.

It’s because Rogues a whole unique kit designed to mess with people and NPCs.

I think some of the most fun I ever had in this game was back on Legion, when we could just pickpocket the entire population of Suramar to get coins made of air, then trade them for real coins made of money lol

Everything I’ve heard sounds easy.

  1. Sap

  2. ???

  3. Profit, right?

Three button rotation is even less than DH, as hard as it is to believe.

I would say its Evoker.

This reminds me of people who think playing a Mage is just ice lance.

Theyre both fun for their own reasons.

DH you feel the big numbers up front
Rogue, big numbers just kinda happen

But if you only press ice lance we won’t get our cinnamon buns and portals :disappointed_relieved:

Rogues have a wider utility kit and a good rogue will always win in PVP over a demon hunter. Demon Hunters are excellent soloists. The mixture of lifesteal and mobility and kit means they’re hard to kill.

Disadvantages… a rogue is a smear on the wall the minute they run out of tricks. Rogues also have an unusually high skill ceiling even if picking them up isn’t hard. Demon Hunters are unusually beholden to their cooldowns. If you know a DH’s rotation it’s easy to clip their wings by shoving some CC in the middle of it. There’s also the once-in-a-blue-moon bug where fel rush massively over-calculates and catapults you into god knows where. Usually that stuff you don’t want to stand in.

Having only one DPS spec also means demon hunters tend to have a DPS rotation that resembles unsalted crackers. Tedious, monotonous, makes you jump (in some expansions, literally) through hoops to do more damage.

Always? For every part of the game? Pshh, for that to happen, you’d have to be able to have tanking capability, insane heals, a battle rez, a summoning portal, teleports, crazy damage, tons of CC, and be good at all content every patch.

Wait a minute…

Rogue. We have a funbag that puts double jumping to shame.

fun like more dps ?

Play a rogue for a bit.

The next time you encounter one in PvP who seems to have a 6th sense in shutting down everything you do, you might have a little more respect.
