Priest has an honor talent which gives them two charges of dispel, and they also have mass dispel.
Edit:
Removing buffs from enemies is also known as purging. Monk dispel is friendly. Priests and shaman can purge as much as they want.
Mages can also spellsteal, which is like a purge, but better.
This, yes. That’s what confused me.
DH also has a purge (Consume Magic), and Horde DH also have the belf racial, which is an AoE purge.

Shaman’s Purge has no cooldown. Not sure if this is different in PvP, someone will have to correct me.

No you’re correct. It’s just costly, much like priest purge. DPS Shaman specs can get 5-6 purges off before being oom.

Every dispel but I believe Revival (at least by name, OP did mention it) has been mentioned.
I believe Holy Paladin’s have a PvP Talent Passive that dispels all spells in the same ID within their Aura too, but it’s not an active ability. And Ret and Prot can upgrade their Cleansing Toxin’s to be everyone within 40 yards, but that’s not magic school.
