Priest? Warlock? Mage? Share your opinion
I want to unlock the kyrian cloth set because it looks so cute on my teenie little warlock!!
It’s technically available to every clothie class. But it looks cutest on my warlock since he’s a small gnomie. My only level 60 mage is a non-gnome and it’s very sad.
Realized you said cloth wearers. Locks have it best by far. The only reason priests look cool is because of shadow form.
paladin
Mage. Well there is a neutral version of it too all clothies can use.
But my favorite cloth set is the Throne of Thunder mage tier. It looks so cool to me. I don’t usually use the helm or shoulders, but they’re nice robes.
Plate is the best
Specifically paladin sets
The theme for most part is on point
I love the Priest sets personally, but Locks and Mages are very good too.
I don’t like Locks as much because they’re more likely to be ugly-cool rather than pretty-cool.
Mage is a nice in-between with the WoD hellfire raid set looking especially nice (and I like the t6 and its antorus redo).
Clothies do well in the xmog department - right up there with Plate (I will grant them the top spot).
Priest s3-s4 elite set from Legion is my favorite cloth mog. Warlocks have a lot of good ones too though.
My mog wins.
I’m in a class of my own bbz
Generally priests.
Mages are usually good too.
Warlocks tend to be overly villainous, but if that’s your thing . . .
Cloth wearers? I guess…warlocks have the better overall sets, but priest has two of the best cloth sets in the game (the black temple and ulduar sets)
Warriors though…
I really like the S4 elite mog for cloth from BFA however I do not believe it is class specific
I had the elite mog from a season of MoP on my Affi warlock it had tentacles coming out of the shoulders and the mog was a mix mostly purple, black and green. I even tried to merge my old account that had the mog and feats of strength I had from back then (which tbh weren’t that impressive but I still wanted them back)
When I merged my account Blizzard GMs said they weren’t sure how to give me my old achieves/mounts/mogs/toys back. I mean what I mostly wanted was the elite mog I got that season of MoP. Loved it! Great warlock mog. But since it is cloth I was hoping I could use it for my priest.
I struggled to find a place to live for a few years during WoD and lost access to my old account. I was able to get it back a few years later after validating my old info which matched with the new and providing my new ID, but ya, no luck in getting my stuff back just the account itself. So merging didn’t do much for me when I already had so much progress done on my new account, and nothing left on my old
Priests in general.
I don’t know who to put in first, but I do know mages are last.
Warlocks easily.
Tier 6 is an absolutely iconic set, and arguably one of the best class sets in the game.
Tiers 2, 3, 5 and 8 are also exceptional.
Tier 4, 10, 13 and 14 are also quite good
If you look at class tier sets across the board, very seldom does the one for warlocks look terrible.
Priest and mage are more hit/miss
Once they revamped the spell graphics for arcane, arcane mage with T6 is amazing.
I honestly think cloth looks HORRIBLE in this game. There’s a couple of good sets for priest, warlock and mage… but most look really really bad.
My personal favorites (aka, the wearable ones):
Priest: tier 1, tier 3, tier 5, tier 17 (mythic), tier 21.
Warlock: tier 5, tier 8, tier 17 (mythic), MoP challenge set.
Mage: tier 4, tier 6 (and the tier 20 remake), tier 9 (horde), tier 12, tier 13, tier 15, tier 21.
Other generic sets or items:
lvl 60 PvP alliance sets
Arena Season 5
Robes of the Guardian Saint (f)
Robes of the Exalted (f)
Human / Night elf warfront sets.
Necrolord / Night fae / Kyrian sets
Warlock t6 is hideous. Having wings does not save that ugly helmet.
Go warlock or gtfo.
