Bilgewater Harbor.
No contest.
Getting a collection of miscellaneous meat, dripping with oil, bathed in a sauce(?) who’s taste defies definition.
Eating it is a massacre. You’ll need a full shower afterwards. Throw your clothes away. They’re tainted now. Ignore the hair growing on your tongue. Try to fish taco next time.

I mean, that’s a solid argument.
Because you know all goblin food is made to sell, with no social or moral redeeming value, let alone nutrional.
To be consumed by the boozed, busy, and desperate.
This is a great subject.
I think Darnassus would’ve had the best. A lot of Night Elven food items are based on Korean type dishes, which is unique for Azeroth, giving all sorts of specialties that could be made with the ingredients provided. Asian countries have a huge streetfood scene IRL and I imagine travelers went to Darnassus to get food they couldn’t have gotten anywhere else. Much of that food was probably grown on Teldrassil itself.
The worst city would probably be Valdrakken. I don’t know what the hell they’d sell there. What kind of food do dragons even prefer?
It’s Orgrimmar, if we’re strictly keeping in scope with the question of best street food. Somewhere like Dalaran will take the cake if you’re after some Michelin-level gastronomy, but the diversity of cultures in Orgrimmar is just the only place that will give you that true religious experience of the hole-in-the-wall or street truck taco.
Dazar’alor may get there one day, but I don’t think they’ve been open to the world for long enough after their isolation.

Boralus has Sea Food and Sausages(including those from Goldshire in case you want to avoid the Sausages made from Humans turned into Pigs from Drustvar) as well as Cheeses and other delicacies. They even have a Pandaren Street Vendor there.

I feel like Zuldazar would have really good food, and from all the different races that gather around the bazaar.
With Suramar’s French influence, I could see them having really good arcane-infused baked goods/sweets.
Having done some research in the wow cookbooks, I can now offer the opinions that Stormwind and Undercity are both very fond of meat with thick sweet or spicy sauces.
Dwarf cuisine is exactly what you’d expect.
Pandaren food has a lot of classic street chow, as does Highmountain in the sweet and a bit bland catagory.
However, on the street food crown argument, it seems goblins are behind fried pickles in this setting, probably proving them the lords of street food until proven otherwise (since no one has tacos and everyone seems to have bbq).
I may not have the other lore books, but the cook books were a good buy.

Are we obligated to make a joke about the Oribos street “food” vendors here?
Something tells me Gadgetzan’s food is all too salty for some reason,
So I’m going to have to go with Shadowforge City, the Grim Guzzler specifically, there’s pig and Sulfuron Slammers, really all you need.
Ah who am I kidding, it is the Darkmoon Faire! Gimme some of that crunchy frog
