Which BO is worse, orc or human?

Having worked in retail, I’m gonna go with human, especially since WoW is a fantasy setting where humans probably don’t bathe that often.

I’m so bored.

See, I just figure orcs smell like animals (no offense, orcs) but not necessarily in a bad way.

This thread is discriminatory against Orcs!

lol i cant believe they smell good ?
do they use deodorant?

Orks are part fungus, so they probably just smell like dirt.

Oh, we’re talking about Warcraft. Definitely Orcs, the only running water in their city is a pond filled with frogs and stuff.

Between just those 2, definitely humans.

However, between all races, I bet the 2 smelliest ones are worgen and tauren. Wet dog smell, and dairy farm smell :mask:

Technically, humans are animals…

But have you ever been to a farm? Animals reek.

My vote goes Forsaken. They’re rotting corpses. Corpse smells can make you vomit.

Dogs don’t use deodorant. Orcs are all about wolves. I dunno.

Overall, I would say Orcs simply because there’s no Orcish aristocracy that would have the kind of enhanced hygiene a well off human would.

Would your triumphant, mighty Orcish warrior, flush with the spoils of conquest spent his loot on perfumes, colognes, and fancy soaps? Hell no. He’d by a bigger axe, spiker armor, and, if he’s feeling particularly fancy, maybe a new saddle for his warwolf with extra mounting brackets for the skulls of his enemies.

Those posh Kul’tirans (and probably other human ethnicities, but they’ll never be able to match that accent)? Tell me you couldn’t see them pumping gold into the Dapper Dan market.

Taken as a whole, humans will smell better because they’ve the onus and culture to.

Don’t orcs sweat? I might have to watch some cinematics again, but I seem to recall beads of sweat on them. And do they shower? Hygiene and grooming is what limits smell the most.

Orc. They don’t bathe. Canonically.

On one of the books, draenei are meeting orcs and orcs find it weird that draenei have hygiene.

Ever been downwind of a pigpen during the humid summer Peppermint? I bet you wouldn’t say that if you have been.

Orcs, easily. Not that Warcraft humans smell great either, but orcs seem to prefer environments that keep them perpetually sweaty and coated in a layer of coalesced smog and are known for keeping pig farms right next to all of their major settlements.

No body bathes in WoW . because even though we’re well into the steam engine era tech wise by gnomes we still don’t have soap or indoor plumbing (both things invented by the 1800’s). To be fair the soap and indoor plumbing thing makes sense, Rome and many other old world societies did in fact have soap and indoor baths early on, however during the plague and among poorer people who couldn’t afford such luxuries or those who lived in colder places baths were a luxury they would often go months or years without (Also primitive soap peeled skin apparently). Having said that, Orcs living in a desert probably only just now got toilets if at all from the Goblins.

Ooh I forgot about them. Yeah they’re probably the worst

And for some odd reason, I imagine mechagnomes smell like Les Schwab

Worgen smell like fritos, because that’s how all dogs somehow end up smelling.
