I was thinking thirsting blades and revolving blade traits but I’m not sure. Bloodmallet has the traits picked on each pc but wasn’t sure about some of their choices. I know simming is optimal but is there gear that works best together?

If I had a choice in the matter, I’d probably take 3x Thirsting Blades, 3x Furious for pure single-target (with maybe one of the Furious swapped for Revolving for the cost savings). For AoE, probably 3x Revolving, 1x Thirsting, 2x Furious. For a hybrid setup, I’d probably aim for 1x Thirsting, 3x Furious, 1x Revolving, with the final trait one of Thirsting, Revolving, or Chaotic, depending on the actual fight/content in question.
One thing to note is that Furious gains a ton of potency when running Fel Barrage, since FB’s damage done scales with haste (it channels for a fixed 3.0s, but gains additional bolts/ticks proportionate to your haste), meaning that the Eye Beam -> Death Sweep -> Fel Barrage combo is even stronger. And Fel Barrage is basically the standard in M+ now due to Reaping.

ha! I will. love all the Drizzt fans in wow. I get messaged at least once a day about it… really need to catchup on the books. im 2 behind.
yea furious is needed and really even without the bonus to fel barrage its nasty being able to spam buttons while in eye beam meta. some serious damage output there. really all the traits operate well. they make lil variances to your gameplay, which is good.

I need to do my set up for havoc as ive not even touched it once since i started playing again 4 days ago lol and since bfa started.

Right now I’m rocking 3x Revolving, 2x seething, 1x chaotic trans.
The ideal setup I want though is 3x Thirsting, 1-2x Gaze, and 1-2x Revolving, depending on the encounter.
my current setups

x3 eyes x1 seething x1 revolving x1 furious
ST
x2 thirsting x2 seething x2 furious
