Which areas to lvl up from lvl 40-60 with wm on

So my void elf is lvl 41 now I have wm on . Which areas are a bit secure when leveling from 40-60 with wm on ?

I went to Wetlands and Arathi, never saw a Horde.

Honestly I only saw people in cata and up zones.

Beginning to wonder if the benefits for Warmode leveling should be reduced. If people are turning it on hoping they won’t actually be using the pvp part of warmode but only want the benefits seems it’s defeating the purpose. And worse then the bellyaching starts because they got ‘ganked’.

Or maybe the higher level 120 should stop ganking low level lowbies who can’t fight back . There is nothing wrong in saving or atleast reducing the chance of getting camped and ganked.

Any place farther from horde cities.

Try wetlands > badlands

Horde has to run or fly from STV or take the rocket from EPL.

yes it is 15 percent now.i guess I will switch it off then :joy: as 15 percent is not worth getting Ganked and running for corpse

I say, just avoid stranglethorn vale. It’s a nightmare there. With scaling, you can level almost anywhere.

Wetlands, westfall, Duskwood, loch modan. All of those what used to be “entry level zones” will be void of most horde I would think. As a horde member, I’d never think of going to those zones.

As a horde member who levels a lot of alts, I feel like most horde level in Kalimdor personally. Barrens, Stonetalon, Desolace. Everyone is different, but I sometimes feel that closer you are to “home” (Org and SW), the less likely you are to encounter opposite members.

Although, you can never avoid max levels who get some weird pleasure out of ganking lowbies. That’s definitely one reason to avoid STV. We don’t have much “quick” access to the middle of eastern kingdoms, so that’s a good place to go.

Ty . Will consider turning wm on if it ever got back to 30 percent again .with 15 percent it is not worth the risk

Maybe, but considering it takes over 29 million XP to level to 120 (according to WoWhead numbers), 15% can be substantial. Even if you get ganked a few times, it’s still worth it from an efficiency stand point.

Still may not be worth your stress if it gives it to you, but even without 30%, it’s still a lot. Whatever helps you have fun, do that :smiley:
