There’s John Rhys-Davies, since he played Gimli in LOTR. But he is 81.
Brendan Gleeson. He has the Irish accent, but like Davies, he is getting old.
So I’d say Mark Addy, He played Robert Baratheon in Game of Thrones

Mark Addy is so lowkey awesome. He was also Roland in A Knight’s Tale and his comedy in that seems to be suited well for a “Brann” type role.

Michael Sheen if he had a red wig/beard I think could pull it off really well. It would have to be a lovable idiot lol. Not that I think he’s a dumb guy but has the right energy for Brann.

If still alive Robin Williams would have been great at it.
