I had thousands of Darkmoon Daggermaw that had been rotting in my guild bank for a long while now that I bought for ~4 gold each way back when. Just dumped them all at nearly 40gold last night, lol.
Selling like hotcakes for some reason.
Is there something new right now to do with them or something?
They sold as fast as I got them on the AH.
All I know is they are currency for a mount (and a pet), but that’s not new or recent.
The reasoning behind their increase is because the tickets are now warhand-transferable. There’s treasure maps you can buy with the fish that award darkmoon tickets, which can be funneled to a single character from alts.

I hadnt planned on parting with them…theyre as nice as mage mana buns, but no mage required, lol
But making 10x my investment…yeah, I couldnt pass that up, not for that many of them, lol
You could buy 100 Daggermaws, do the treasure map quest on as many alts as possible (you can even keep making and deleting level 1’s), and buy replica transmogs from the vendors. Not sure how often they’ll sell.
