I haven’t seen the Jumping Jellies world quest in days and days and I want to save Tickles. Where did he go? did we finally rescue him for good?

I was wondering that myself the other day. It’s been a long time, Tickles!
They retired him until they could fix all the collision and lag bugs. That will probably take until next patch, or maybe next expansion. And there was much rejoicing.

That sucks if so. The quest was unintuitive but actually pretty easy. Once you got the hang of it you could do it in like 5 seconds.
It was an inconsistent experience. It only took me 3 tries at most, but 1/3 of the time I’d fall right through a jelly fish, 1/3 of the time I’d completely miss it but still bounce back up, and 1/3 of the time it would look like I hit the jelly fish and bounced back up.

Yeah, this was definitely my experience.
The mechanics were, in itself, fine.
But man, falling right through a jellyfish was annoying. Or falling right through one and then bouncing up right before you touched the ground.
