I could not complain. before I got married to leaveâŚI had a decent roommate in barracks.
Now my friendâŚhe was not so lucky lol.
It doesnât itâs a silly mindset that a very few actually seem to believe That if we donât have rfd That people will talk more in Dungeons and heroics And apparently youâll Make Friends for life And a guild recruitment And a dungeon or a heroic.
Now everybody else you ask That doesnât live in a fantasy world Understands that rfd would be very beneficial to the game.
One because it gets around gear score Because believe it or not you do not need 4k Gear score for heroics.
And if youâre on a dead server You at the very least can get dungeons done and your daily But yeah thatâs the mindset With those people havenât figured out yet itâs not 2004 And we play the game very differently now.
And no rfd Does not make wrath Dragonflight So yeah Thatâs the mind set of those people.

Itâs also COMPLETELY inappropriate and very much against the rules.
Some people might think itâs funny but the same type of attitude is why we have things like doxing. This is almost there. That some people would not see this for what it really says a lot about some of the people on here.
I reported it from that post and some others and really others who are uncomfortable with things going this far should too. I donât expect enough people to but Iâm going to say this anyway.
I almost made a thread on the Customer Support forum today asking what could be done about the ongoing harassment of this guy and still might if I keep seeing it. I donât care what arguments he has for which is âpro-RDFâ because thatâs totally irrelevant to THIS. Also arguing against him instead of Blizzard wonât get it put back in the game.

I fully support the in-game doxxing of a constant forum troll. Itâs obvious he spends more time on here stiring the pot for attention than in game, and his supposed socially close knit guild should know about it. Itâs not even really doxxing as itâs still in game so itâs all good in my book. I also fully supported, and was banned multiple times when the Andy Cloud fiasco as going on. That dude was an even bigger menace as he actually managed to troll the devs into making negative changes to the game. Most people have long forgot about him, but pepperage farm, and myself remembers.

oh man thats rich. Two side to cause an argument, but only focusing on one side?
the player in question has entered into numerous otherwise calm threads just to stir the pot, and not its not âjust because he doesnât want RDFâ. Its the constant spreading of misinformation and âgo to retailâ or underhanded âmake friendsâ statements.
Does that mean he deserves the situation here from a certain mage? no not at all, however he should be called out when incorrect.
I heard he used to troll in the retail PvP forums for a while until people ganged up on him, so he moved to classic forums to pursue another unpopuler point. I think this is a mental problem. Certain humans have weird issues where they litterally will choose a losing side of an argument and engage in it for months or years at a time simply for the social aspect of the discussion

Right. If he was doing it Iâd say the exact same. There is a line. As I said Iâm going to go to customer support if I keep seeing it escalate and they can take a look and decide.
Never have I called him on parses, only on his incorrect information and attitude.
They can 100% if they choose to, I am certain that in no way is he the innocent party to any of this and you defending him is honestly quite strange when he is in no way blameless for the same actions you are leveling at me.
You mean actively being antagonistic in otherwise fine conversations? You must not have seen the full body of his work. Sounds like cherry picking.

That was a reaction to years of bragging about how he is the greatest hunter. Such a great hunter that so many tanks are calling on him to join groups due to his greatness that he canât do them all. Then if heâs not available the tanks wonât even do the run. That heâs constantly being called into groups that are failing so he can save the dungeon run. If someone, whether for or against rdf, is going to spend that much time posting about how great he is I can guarantee eventually someone is going to check his story and post the results if the bragging turns out to be a giant lie. And every one who he insulted as not being as good as he claimed he was will jump on the band wagon.

on mankirk as well on a toon i abandoned during classic
and it is the same story now as it was then
if you miss the initial leveling wave with the rest of the server everyone left behind is left playing a single player mmo
every level bracket the main mob passes destroys every dungeon of that same level- rarely, if ever, to see any players play it again
and there seems to be some kind of disconnect with regards to rdf- that if one enters a random dungeon then it is forbidden for those players to âbe socialâ
i remember wotlk and i started getting friends and groups via random dungeon finder; some groups flow well and you have a good time and you save those players to the friends list and run stuff later
that is a hell of a lot better than not doing one dungeon at all 1-80 on wotlk classic

Iâm honestly not going to argue. If you all see this as me defending a person you donât like instead of for what it is - and that is me defending against actions that I donât like (and follows right in line with many comments Iâve made in other threads about not liking certain actions) - then that is fine.
Editing to add: I will say, if it wasnât noticed, that most of what I am commenting on is more directed at what I replied to where Montauk, in response to that screenshot, said âJF this is brutal. Uncomfortably soâ, and not totally at everyone who just argues. Forum debates are fine by themselves, if you want to argue the same stuff for a year then great, have fun. I was mostly calling out the in-game stuff. That was just too much.
This guy isnât my friend and I definitely donât agree with everything he says so I wouldnât just go and defend him. it really was all about this action being too much.
Iâm done with commenting on this thread about it though and will proceed with whatever I feel is appropriate in the future.

Because knowing how to CC, kite, exc and control an instance is the same thing is parsing right 
And this was for tbc heroics for groups that didnt heavily outgear them so bringing a hunter that can trap 2 mobs at once and kite mobs that are immune to CC was actually very usefull.
Also never claimed to be the greatest hunter. Just that i have years of experience playing the class and have a good idea of what i am doing. Never once claimed i parse 99 and 100s constantly. But you all love to take what i say and twist it.
So cherry picking, got it.

I donât think you see it for what it is. For many itâs about a person who we suspected was lying constantly being proved to be lying. Do what you think is right. If enough people agree D+B will probably get a 3 day suspension. Because blatant lying isnât against the tos but proving someone lied is.
