It’s mostly really old plate and mail stuff that is way skimpier on female characters than male characters. Also a few cloth sets, like the outfit Whitemane wears. I don’t think they want to make anymore gear like that but they also don’t want to go back to make it skimpy on dudes too
The best you can do on a male character seems to be to wear pants that sit so low that it will leave part of your character’s butt conspicuously exposed (more on some races than others), like this for example:

There are many skimpy He-Man / Borat type male transmogs out there. Maybe not as many male versions as female, but it’s pretty close. Several of my guildmates like to show off skimpy transmogs and there seems to be no end to them so maybe just gotta look around
It’s easier for some armor types and for some races than others. There aren’t a lot of great pants for plate wearers unless you play a tauren because then you can use their heritage armor swim briefs.
Cloth and leather wearers both have access to leg items that look kinda like briefs but for mail and plate wearers who aren’t taurens, the closest options (which just look like shorts and aren’t quite as skimpy) are the kyrian pants and maybe, if Horde, the kinda short shorts that you can get from the WoD garrison war mill
They need to release the nelf heritage armor already. Those Kaldorei archers had me acting strange.

Yeah that makes sense, seems like it’s all the leather and cloth wearers that I’ve seen. There isn’t much for skimpy male plate armor unless you’re just straight hiding everything
they don’t even want the females wearing them in 2022 if they thought they could get away changing them sure they would of. for all i care everyone could run around naked.
Because not many people want skimpy male outfits… the vast majority of the player-base is straight men, so you aren’t gonna get many if any skimpy male outfits.
I’m actually offended by the male armor in this game and every male with muscles in this game.
It shows too much skin and every man doesn’t look like the Incredible Hulk in real life so they shouldn’t look like that in a fantasy game.
Blizzard was smart to not add any more bikini armor because women wouldn’t wear those things in real life. Women would normally wear full-plate when they are casting fire balls and teleporting to different locations in real life.
They should change this and make the males as undesirable and out-of-shape as possible so I don’t feel insecure logging on the game.
I don’t look like that, so it’s unrealistic, over-sexualization of Men that present a visual standard I can’t live up to.
