Where's the love of the fight?

Here I was, hearing stories of a non-stop bloodbath realm, named Emerald Dream. Where entire guilds do war, and grudges are borne from their losses.

Imagine my sickened disappointment to be met today with a ragtag collection of bleating idiots. Sharing clips of jumbled laggy nonsense as if to act as “proof” of anything. Players with egos so massive they flee to sanctuaries upon the sight of a red. And for those who do fight? A struggle so pathetic I could’ve been killing a critter.

The Guard? Warsong? Ironsworn?

This is Emerald Dream, a world PvP haven?

Supposedly entire guilds have ruled this place with an iron fist. They’ve since grown fat, complacent, and weak in the absence of true conflict. So here’s a New Years resolution for you all; get out there and get killing.

Get into warmode. Dare to seek a fight, shed blood for the sake of war, not for a screencap nobody cares about. Fight for your measly guild, for all the good it will do.

Prove to everyone you’re gonna be worth killing, or worth dying for.

Show us what you’re capable of, Horde.
Show what you’re willing to put up in return, Alliance.

this is true. although, that is the reason why the world pvp is so wonky right now because some guilds in the past succeeded and evolved into mega guilds such as warsong battalion. this has put a choke on guilds who are actually willing to go out and fight and that choke has been placed for so long that guilds died due to lack of content so with the game being revived it will take some time for the world pvp scene to rejuvenate. just need to dissolve the mega guilds and produce content, that’s the quickest way to get back to what emerald dream was, but it is still true that emerald dream is the safe haven for world pvp you’re just not in the loop is all. until you’re in the loop, you’ll think exactly as you do right now.

Idk I think the wpvp scene is taken too seriously on all sides, we’d have more pvp if people dropped their egos and just wanted to have fun, like no one is actually keeping score of who wins and loses.

I don’t care about the how or why. I’m more than versed in all the reasons and debates and heard it all before. This isn’t an analysis, it’s a call for blood, and for ED to get in gear already and fight. We’re in the prime time for bloodshed; the xpac is still young and fresh. Someone just needs to start a WAR, and then you’ll see the banners all over.

Either way, I’m still gonna kill anyone red, whether they want it or not.
