It’s simple. Everything I could do would give rep, which would be wasted today without the buff, so now I get to just sit here doing nothing. And I’m not the only one in this position.

no its the good stuff its just the packs that come with 4 peaces, and the soda is coke dr pepsi etc etc like you would buy in a 12 pack its just 1 can for 40

I’ve been doing island expeditions (in tears) because then I’d at least be able to save the tokens for when the buff rolls out.

Yep, as always Blizzard fails on execution. They say they have good intentions; they say they listen to players. But, here again, it’s going on 12 hours into 4/20 and there is no 4/20 buff. It would seem you would want to deliver a buff promised on 4/20, on 4/20. (Sometimes it’s that simple.) Some people plan their day–planning here might revolve around rep.

It’s probably based on Pacific time, like how the world events / Darkmoon Faire starts & ends 3 hours after daily reset… that’s my guess.
Pretending like you play the game and not just drool all over the forums lol.
The “20th of April” started last night, at 12:01 midnight.
At the very least, you would expect it to be active at 10 am, when World Quests reset.
Why do people defend Blizzard, when they say something will happen and it doesn’t? There is no defense for that. These are not amateurs, on their first outing. It is ridiculous to say that it is the “20th all day.” Oh yeah, so as long as they put it in by 11:59 PM, Pacific, then they are not liars?
Oh, I guess it is true that 10 am Pacific is not for another 45 minutes…
