I’ve been trying to get this resolved for a few days now, jumping thru hoops and getting the run around. Upon investigation via a support ticket i filed, i was told that i do in fact have 290 collected mounts in total, however i do not have the Mountacular achievement that i should have gotten at 250 mounts! I HAVE been on the character numerous times, yet i still have NOT been granted the achievement nor the reward for it.

the mount achievements are INCREDIBLY picky. it has to be 250 usable by a single character.
If you have horde mounts they wont count to the achievement progress for an alliance toon.

i know, and my count was on ally side alone. the GM verified my mount count at 290

And none of them are the legion class mounts right?
i know those interacted poorly with the achievement too
