the lion king got mind controlled for 2 years and abandoned everyone… to go where? admittedly i haven’t been up with the story but we are almost done with this expansion and he’s been mia.

Yep. Meanwhile…Sergeant Smith who has seen stuff over several wars, probably has a crap ton PTSD issues…shows up to work.
Everyday. Except days off. Armor polished, guiding juniors, getting the mission done! He gets to work out that PTSD…after his shift ends to the start of the next one.
Sergeant Smith is not even getting paid kings pay grade lol. Anduin could at least show up to earn some of that massive paycheck.
We already know 99% of his workload is done by others. He could at least show up to sigh…work. Pick up a pen and sign the document a team worked up for hours. Make a speech even.

Anduin was last seen in a cut scene wandering around in the Maw in what is clearly a state of depression. He had a talk with Sylvanas over what it was like to be under the control of Zovaal. He’s feeling a lot of guilt because his feelings were not all negative.
Kinda makes you think he’s gonna champion the Sylvanas redemption cause innit

No reason anyone should think of Anduin or Sylvanas differently since they were both in similar situations. Of course there is still Alliance / Horde biase among the NPCs over this.

Honestly, I’d prefer that they just let her wander for a while. Preferably forever. They don’t need to ruin her character any further. Either that, or they could just put her out of her dang misery. She’s my favorite character in Warcraft, so I’m honestly not sure which I’d prefer.
killing off varian was a mistake he needed to do something with anduin so he can lead. this guy…grandpa genn coddles him so hard that he didnt leave the boy in good hands lol. i mean varian was a whole gladitor and he was fine when he came back lol
