So I just boosted a character to 110 so that I can use the race when I unlock it, I went to the embassy and spoke to the panda, I was givin a quest to look at all the totems inside. I finished that, but the quest line ended there, now I don’t know where to start…I went to zandalar but all the npcs are outside of the temple and the only ! I see the quest giver apparently isn’t there.
please help…

I checked youtube, people have only made videos for the obvious part after you have already completed the requirements to unlock…
So, to unlock the Zandalari, you basically have to do all of the main BfA quests pre-Nazjatar. That means clearing the main storyline in each of the 3 leveling zones which will unlock the “Zandalar Forever” quest chain. You’ll also need to do the War Campaign up to just shy of killing Jaina in the raid.
So, just start leveling by questing through the zones. Do the War Campaign stuff as it pops up.
When you get to 120 and unlock world quests, you’ll want to start clearing out all of the Zuldazar world quests for the rep each day as well.
If it is anything like Kul Tiran rep, expect to hit around 3000/21000 easy before rep just plummets off a cliff.
I am only getting around 500 a day now on average and those emissaries are slow to come around. I’ve got 7th legion rep to 21000/21000 and then I have hit 10k rep twice for the bonus reward and I am STILL at 13000/21000 kul tiran now…
WoW sure makes us work hard to be able to get those cute furry Volpernas ! LOL
In November 2021 in Shadowlands I was trying to figure out how to get to Zandalar on my level 40 WindWalker. All you have to do is go to Chromie (in the Southwest area of Orgrimmar next to the Orgrimmar Embassy) and select the Iron Horde timeline. Then go get the quest Battle for Azeroth : Mission Statement from the Warchiefs Herald (an orc) next to the Warchiefs Command Board and go inside Grommash Hold (the main building in the centre of orgrimmar) and watch the cut scene. From there you you to the inn to meet Nathanos Blightcaller or whatever his name is in the Inn that should be marked on the map in orgrimmar. You can skip the quest called the stormwind extraction if youve done it before and you will arrive at Zandalar.
