Real answer:
Just post it in a well thought out thread, hopefully someone on the community council sees it and mirrors it over into the forums that blizz actually reads and responds to.

I recommend in the original forum post with the link to the talent trees since the devs have given feedback and corrections on those or your class forum which likely has a discussion already going.
