Hi, I am trying to get the seed of solar fire for the hidden balance artifact appearance. The vendor Sylvia Hartshorn doesn’t have it. What am I missing?

The seed is from the first boss of the nightmare dungeon. It’s not a guaranteed drop but after a few runs and resets it’ll drop.

So I figured it out~! You need exalted to buy it, but have the artifact weapon equipped for the vendor to sell it. So that explains why I wasn’t seeing it.
