I’ve tried WOWHead and all so far is “if you got it and you don’t have gathering profession, reclaim it” and “it’s useful for gathering profession and can make money through work orders”
Not a single post about where it comes from or how to obtain them. Google keeps returning all the same stuff with nothing on where to find the recipe.
Alchemists randomly learn the recipe from Dragonflight alchemy phial experimentation, I believe. Every time you experiement you have a random chance of learning a recipe or blowing yourself up and locking yourself out of experimenting for a period of time, so it might not be something you can target and aim to learn quickly.
Because it’s BoP, non-alchemists will have to order it through a work order.
TY! So I gotta waste junk until the recipe is learned? 
I wanted to learn it so I can make some for my gathering toon through personal work order rather than relying on public with some bribery commission fee.
