Do the treasure goblins spawn in fixed locations or do they have to be found? I have a weak aura, but it only shows the spawn time and the zone.
You will see an icon on the map where they are when they are about to spawn. Not currently spawning as blizz posted Server time when they clearly meant pacific time.
They are in a phylactery on Ion’s desk.
