In theory the horde heirloom vendor should be on top of the org gate, but the only npcs are guards patrolling.
I’m using the exact coords from wowhead.
Wowhead has a reference to a battle for lordaeron quest to spawn the npc in org, but that quest is no longer available in game.
so what’s the deal, wowhead doesn’t list anything else to unlock the heirloom vendor, but clearly something is wrong.
I’m guessing it’s something to do with the fact that i haven’t played this character in something like and the coming and going of unplayed expansions have left the world in a weird state.
i tried to open a ticket in game but blizz’s support these days is “click through a tree of options and then get @#$%ed, unless your problem isn’t one of the available options. In which case get @#$%ed directly.”
Well, Alliance characters presumably won’t be able to interact with them.

luckily for me i’m playing a horde character, and it’s it’s not that i can’t interact, it’s that the NPC is straight up not there.
if he is not on the top of org gate he is still in UC, I think it is a phasing thing not sure. One of my guys he is in org the other in UC
If you haven’t done battle for lordaeron you need to go to Tirisfal and nag Zidormi iirc (which is funny as I’m pretty sure BFL isn’t playable anymore)
After you do the second Tirisfal resto questline the heirloom vendor should be in Brill or the refugee camp above the ruins
undercity is sealed off through the old front and side entrances, is there a different way to get in?
Is Zidormi NPC in the area ? To go back in time. If you can’t access Undercity then the vendor should be in Orgri. Try to do BFA intro quest if you haven’t also.
where does the bfa intro quest start and how long is it?
The calling board in Orgrimmar is where you can start old campaigns.
