They are pretty much villains across the board, enemies to both factions given their faith and goals.
That said, I’d totally play one if I could.
Blood Trolls are going to be a customization for Zandalari in Shadowlands, I thought.
Nevermind, that was regular trolls getting an off-white skin.

Allied races ain’t getting customization in Shadowlands.

We did have one of our adventurers join them… and sacrifice a Zandalari in front of us.
I don’t know if you’ll want to forgive them for that.
