This character was the only good part of BfA. Where is he? Why is this character not being used in the story?

I think he needs some time to stay out of spotlight and developers need to carefully use him in healthy doses. My only wish is, that he should stop act like star struck teen, and act like a troll. And fight for his tribe finally.
I want for him to act like a troll, and not just look like a troll.

He was the troll in the BFA cinematic who survived.
He could make an appearance in the Undermine (Zandalari slaves remained) if we’re heavy on the suggestion. 
He was in a novel and one of the Exploring Azeroth books. He just hasn’t had an in-game use at the moment.
That’s okay. They have a large cast of characters and need to use the right folks at the right time.
