Where is Whiplash?

Just wondering if anyone else had had trouble finding this rare.
I have checked on "third party" sites and have only found that it spawns with a world quest. However, that world quest is no where to be seen and hasn't been for quite some time.

I actually put in a ticket and got a reply to "check with ***head" - LOL!

Anyway - has anyone seen this rare? It is the last one I need for the achievement.

Any information/help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Whiplash comes up very infrequently. You just need to monitor WQs every day and catch it when you can. I remember it being on the map when I hit 120 in August and I just completed it about 2 weeks ago.

I may have missed it in between, but I logged on every day for nearly 3 months to get my 6 factions to exalted and I only ever remember seeing the WQ twice in all that time.

Just keep monitoring...you'll eventually catch it.

He was a pain. He spawns in the same room as Capt. Razorspine and only spawns when he is a world quest. He will be in the quillboar area in Stormsong Valley.

That's because you were asking for a gameplay hint.

GM's cannot give such hints.

You have to find out for yourself such things, or ask others.
(going to Wowhead is "asking others" because everything there was put there by other players who discovered it for themselves)

I HAD gone to WOWhead before I put in the ticket, and said I had in the ticket - so have been trying to find out.

Watch Stormsong Valley like a hawk.

And yes, it will come up the same day you are really busy and didn't have time to play.

When Whiplash decides to show up, I plan to saturate that area with my 120s, even if I have to call in sick to work.

I think it’s ridiculous that his WQ comes out so infrequently, but we have to endure other WQs several times each week.

Good movie. Tough to watch though. J.K. Simmons earned that Oscar he got for it.

I DID finally get the achievement. Took a while for him to finally show - but he eventually did.
