Where is The Workshop?

I was reading notes on Wowhead, and I’m looking for a way to obtain the Clanking Scrapsorter pet, available in BfA on Mechagon.

The best way, according to the comments, is to just to through all the pets that are supposedly at the beginning and end of “Workshop” (?), which I guess, is part of Operation Mechagon.

I’ve gone through the raid and killed most of the bosses, except HK-8 Aerial Oppression Unit (which apparently is intentionally impossible). But for whatever reason, I can no longer reset this raid. Every time I go back in, no matter how many times I try to reset it, the same bosses I’ve killed are still dead.

Can someone tell me how to find the Workshop?

Operation: Mechagon is a dungeon (a big one; Blizzard calls it a Megadungeon).

It has Mythic and Heroic modes, but no Normal mode.

In Mythic mode, it has a fixed weekly lockout. That means that once you kill a boss on Mythic, its state does not reset until the weekly reset on Tuesday morning.

In Heroic mode, it should have a daily lockout.

Right-click your portrait on your screen to switch between Mythic and Heroic.

Thank you. That should open up the opportunity to find the Clanking Scrapsorter, once I find my way to the Workshop.
