If you mean a vendor to buy gear, there isn’t one. Valor points are only used to upgrade M+ dungeon gear that was dropped after valor was put in. The upgrade NPCs are the same ones in your covenant that upgrades anima gear, and there is one in Oribos by the PvP gear vendors. Or any vendor that will upgrade gear like the benthic ones in BfA

Because it’s not real currency for things like mounts, pets, etc.
It’s only for upgrading Mythic gear. So if you don’t bother with Mythics because they’re just another grindy casino borefest with the added bonus of toxic drama, you end up with no way to actually use it, like me.

when is the valor point gear vendor available, i wana gear my alts before 9.1 drops

if i cant buy any gear with the currency and gear never drops from the dungeon to upgrade, then whats the point of any of it.

Stop being Hyperbolic. I’ve ran like a total of 4 Mythics, and I got like 6 pieces of gear. Gear certainly drops, maybe not a BiS piece like you want, but it is there for sure.
There is a valor point vendor…you can buy materials with the valor points…
Next to the guild bank in Oribos there’s a vendor that will trade your valor for trade mats at a rate that is just criminal.
