Stormwind, canal between park and church, go through house into back alley.

For horde side it’s tucked to the right of the warlock trainer’s tent in org.

Cheese shop, 2nd floor

Don’t listen to people trying to get you lost.

Dwarven district backside (Canal side). There is a house there, go through it and it takes you out into an Alley where the Broker is


Make sure you go to the BB vendor and get Emblem of the Worldcore or corresponding Emblem I guess (WTH) if you are trying to get something for an alt


Because blizzard is to lazy and stupid to just open those runes up for alt’s if you completed it on a Main. Always have to make you jump through some silly freaking HOOP!
