It is not underneath the stairs in Boralus. I have done all BFA content and Nazjatar content so I don’t think I should have to do any content to open it. Or did they relocate the portal?
So you cant see it in the portal room?

Hi, thanks for commenting. So, I realized that the toon (not Cherria) that I was on was not the one I did BFA content on. The toon that I did BFA content on, I transferred to horde. So I went on that toon, went to the Horde BFA main town, but the portal isn’t there either.
So, had you been to Nazjatar before on that other character?
PS: On Horde, you need to have completed the quest:
A Way Home - Quest - World of Warcraft (wowhead.com)
to activate the portal in the Zuldazar portal room.
Yes, originally I went to Nazjatar on that toon. I will check to see if I did that quest on Horde. Thanks.
