Wowhead post this a couple weeks ago but I can’t find out where exactly this comes from? Primal Mastery, Air, Fire, Earth, and Frost are all simply in the AH - where is this Storm from? Did it make it to Live?
Its the reward for 2150 ratings in ranked pvp.

That is correct it just shows up in your weapon illusions
It looks good but ironically doesn’t match the pvp elite colors at all.
it’s 2100, not 2150. Unlocking duelist gets you the illusion.

I really want this for my stormbringer shamans.
Alas, another incredible customization option lost to the “limited time / unobtainable” list. Sad.

Hoping that they add another lightning/electrical arc illusion to the game at some point. There’s a pretty notable lack of them in-game, but we’ve got plenty of fire and frost illusions. Some of the gear in Undermine would be perfect with something like it. Steampunk, goblin/enginner, elemental, etc mogs would benefit from it a lot.
