In BFA I would go merc mode for faster queue times and I am wondering if there is a merc mode for shadowlands. Or, do I have to go back to the guy in zandalar if I want to play merc mode?
Next to pvp vendors in Oribos.
I used to go to Ashran until I found him hidden in the corner near pvp vendors in Oribos lol.

Where is the one for alliance to go Horde at? This guy has no dialog options for me as alliance
the npc will only offer alliance the option to merc if more alliance players are in que for random unrated bgs.ive only seen it happen at level 50 maybe twice since it was added.

Why does horde even get merc mode. Their queue times aren’t much different then alliance
2 times for random BG’s and 3-4 times for epic BG’s.
Not even close to each other .
Right now the regular ones are pretty close sometimes. But still. It adds up.
Originally merc mode was implemented during wod because of Alliance complaints about long queue times and the demand that Blizzard “Fix this!”
if you are trying to merc horde to get an easy win, you are going to be very disappointed. Horde gets longer queues and still loses games.
