There are a few different ones.

I usually create one that tries to pull in the various blogs about the latest patch, some technical articles to help with troubleshooting, link to the latest hotfixes as well as a Known Issues article that my team maintains.

Ours usually focuses on high impact drivers, though Community also usually puts one up in the Bug Report forums that covers a variety of known issues too.
