Where is the Horde?

I’ve recently come back to the game, and I’m leveling a priest. I just hit 120 and have been working on gearing. However, it seems like everywhere I go, I’m getting ganked by Alliance players. On top of that, every invasion in the last few days seem to have been perma camped by alliance raids. I typically have to realm hop in order to get those done.

Despite having been getting camped for the last 40 minutes or so, I refuse to turn off warmode. I love warmode and I’m not about the casual PvE life. This isn’t a thread complaining about PvP, but rather a question about server population.

I feel like back in Legion the population of Emerald Dream seemed split pretty evenly between Horde and Alliance. I would see large groups of both factions just about anywhere I went, but now I can’t seem to find my countrymen. What happened? Is the Horde still here? Right now I feel like I have to realm hop whenever I want to do stuff in the world…

Yes horde is still here open your eyes… If you still have them that is. Now go find a guild and kill some of them tree huggin alliance

Sharding really is luck of the draw. Blizzard thought us emerald dream players wanted to spend more time with the lesser realms of maelstrom, twisting nether, dalaran, argent dawn, so now we get to see those fools over our own family.

Dont fret, your countrymen are there, just sharded away to make those realms look more populated at our expense.

That stuff plus there’s definitely a lot of back and forth, horde will be destroying alliance and so an alliance group forms and rules for an hour, then a horde group forms and back and forth

I normally don’t see anyone from the other realms that often, though could be that I group a lot with my guild or people from this realm.

You’re lucky. Due to different interests i do not join groups with guidies cept for events, that way they can queue or do whatever without me being bothered with a pop up asking for my role. It sucks that you have to group to see your own server or guildmates

Ony place i can find horde to pvp against is nazmir for some reason. Never even see them during assaults. Has to be something to do with sharding.

It is, blizzard always heavily shards new areas or entire xpacs, think of legion for instance when it came out.

Plus nazmir is the best zone imo on horde. God i loved it. I can see why they hang out there vs the other spots :grinning:
