Where is the "Colossus Smash" talent?

Where is the “Colossus Smash” talent? I have set up my DPS arms warrior according to Icy Veins’ “Easy Mode”.

“Cast Bladestorm Icon Bladestorm while the Colossus Smash Icon Colossus Smash debuff is up.”

The website mentions to use “Warbreaker”, but also to set up “Colossus Smash”. I thought both talents were excluding each other?

I cannot find it on the last page of my arms spellbook.

What is going on?

Colossus Smash appears to be replaced by Warbreaker (look at the tooltip - it says “Replaces Colossus Smash”) if you choose that talent. Colossus Smash itself is not a talent, but rather a baseline ability learned at level 50, whereas Warbreaker is a level 75 talent.

What the icy-veins guide is saying is that Warbreaker still applies the same debuff as Colossus Smash does of “increase damage to target by 30% for 10s”.
