Just wondering since the game has been UNPLAYABLE the entire day, why has it not been put in the news feed yet? Are we waiting to diagnos the problem and last minute squeeze it in? Would like some info on whats going on please.
I mean its bad enough that the “Breaking News” already says tomorrow is pretty much unplayable as well with classic coming out (i assume this is why?).
I think they have no idea or know they can’t fix the problem so silence is bliss (Blizz) pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Just wanted to say that this would have been immensely helpful as I was looking around every where to find the problem and fix it.
It also pissed me off to no end because Blizzard actually gates their customers from reaching technical support with the most stupidest info like tracer that doesn’t even work.
while we are at it can you fix bgs since they suck now with out twinks? Why not use old content and have mytic bgs that anyone can que with exp on or off like tol barad for all level groups or winter grasp etc instead of wasting great content and making players leave in droves.

This is a rough start back for me. I just Reupped my sub with a Token. Cost me like 145K gold. That’s almost 5,000 gold a day and now I cannot log on. Bah.

Blizz may be able to get everything going again but, they can’t replace a day off of work to enjoy the game.

They post updates on twitter feed @BlizzardCS, last one 51 min ago.
Not everyone that plays knows to check twitter. 
True but they posted about checking it in the common look up for the problem people are having. So if one looked up the problem, they would have seen the blizzard not to look there for updates.
its almost like they fired or let anyone with talent walk and hired noobs fresh out of school for minimum wage to develop and run this once amazing game. uggg hire me please I can fix this

I personally think that Blizzard should postpone its update patch tomorrow in order to make up for the entire day of lost playtime. You can do updates next week Blizz. If crap is breaking without updating it, just imagine all the stuff you’re going to break when you actually do update things tomorrow.
