Googled it, and it’s trying to tell me it’s in Ashran (which is WoD, not BfA).
Looked on Wowhead, and they go to great lengths to show every.single.little.item you can get, with a picture, and cost and this and that … but not WHERE the bloody VENDOR is.
Can someone please include this info, Horde and Alli (assuming they’re different)? Thank you.

Oh did I misread that and that didn’t start today?
Just classic timewalking atm bfa timewalking comes with 11.1.7 which is speculative for a June timeframe but no date as of yet
My Dungeon finder says BFA, not classic.

when it’s up, i’m sure the quest item will show the ? on the map once you get it
if it’s a neutral one for both sides maybe it’ll be in magni’s camp in silithus?
Supposedly the ally vendor is in Boralus and the horde one is in Dazar’alor. I would expect them to be by the PvP vendors maybe?? 
BFA vendor for alliance is in Boralus, just found him. On steps toward flight master.
Where is he in the Horde area?
Found the timewalking vendor for Horde in the Island expedition area. Churbro a tortollan.
I found them. The alliance one was easier to find. In Boralus not too far from the flight master.
The horde one was down by where you used to be able to buy the Brutosaur.
Oddly the little icon that usually on the map for these dudes wasn’t there.
Yep, the horde vendor is in Dazaralor down by the docks not far from the Motherload dungeon entrance. Just look for a crowd of players (at least there was a lot when I found the NPC). No quest marker, but I am also in the middle of the Lorewalker Cho legacy quests that one can pick up in Dornogal and wonder if that has anything to do with it.
^ what they said only might not see a crowd i didnt have a crowd when i went on the toon i was lvling…but then again was also in chromie time so that might be why bc again was lvling my toon
