I’ve cleared all my weeklies from Karesh and Dornogal and I’m sitting on only 3 caches that have the delve coffer keys. Where is the 4th one supposed to come from?

You may have to do a 50 coffer shard activity. Theater Troupe and Spreading the Light are my go to activities because they are fast.
There is probably a 4th full key somewhere, it may be Worldwide Research given by Brann in Dorn.
Some addons and content creators have been saying you can get 4 complete keys each week from the 4 new activities, and 200 coffer key shards from 4 older activities—for a total of 6 keys from 8 activities.
Now for the older activities, there are more than 4 and you will likely stop getting shards after opening 4 caches, but very few people are clarifying what the 4 new sources for complete keys are.
I am guessing the K’aresh special assignment, Ecological succession, and pinnacle reward from the Dornogal hub, but where is the 4th?
I think the Warrant weekly quest might give an epic cache, but only on your first toon each week….
I’m not getting any caches from weekly warrant. I’m pretty sure there are only 3 weekly caches that drop the full key. Not sure if this is a bug or not.

I’m in the same spot. I got the Pinnacle Cache, Wriggling Pinnacle Cache, the Fabled Veteran’s Cache, but no idea where to get the 4th key and can’t find anything else from the current season to do.

Does the surge pricing chest in undermine have shards or a key?
Is anyone else having this issue or am I the only one that always sits 3/4 weekly caches?

Probably shards for the surge pricing. No older S1 or S2 content will give a full coffer key.
If players are looking for 4th coffer key it is sometimes locked behind Worldwide Research, Brann’s biweekly. He’s been missing a blue question mark for two weeks now.
The pinnacle quests are bi-weekly, but there are three of them, so some weeks you have two of the pinnacle chests up, other week’s only one.
I have given up looking for 4 straight keys. Others have been grinding out the shards from Radiant echoes. I do my own shard loop that includes a lot of herbing and mining. It is what it is.

It doesn’t. Devs forgot players need 4 caches when they made old content obsolete.

It’s probably 4 full keys one week, and 3 the next.

Then the next week, no worldsoul or archival, but Worldwide Research is up- (3/3 delves for Brann) plus SA K’Areash, and the Bee thing=3 keys.
The rest is shards.

You don’t need 4 caches specifically, only 2 will contain veteran gear. And you get >4 keys already if you want.
No way in hell I’m doing eco-dome on more than 1 char per week, but keys run out their usefulness fast so I’m ok with ~3 total.

I think what’s confusing is you can hold onto the pinnacle weeklies, they don’t expire, and they can double up, so can get 4 in a week if they carried over. But means you didn’t get as many the previous week.
It’s all very tiresome and confusing.
