where is she for the traders tender quest thing? also how do you participate in time rifts? trying to get transmog thing for monthly tender chest. please don’t tell me i have to complete the whole campaign questline just to do a 50 point quest item. how do i do dragonflight races? why arent the outland pet battles working?

It’s much like the Diablo Goblin event with a timer on the mini map . She should have a giant exclamation point.
The timer only shows up when I’m within short distance for some reason.
Then you talk to her when the sky goes bananas
talk to her, she should let you queue when a rift is ongoing. they start every hour at the top of the hour.

is she by the spa? i dont have a lot of options for events to do since i either don’t meet requirements for or dont engage in a lot of th quest stuff for transmog item.
East of there by that giant circle
on the minimap there is a circle directly east of valdrakken symbol. she is north-east of that circle.

I tend to orient myself around the aspects tower being north

Look for the horn on the map east of the city. Time rifts start at the top of the hour every hour.
okay so i tried to do dragonrally quest i went to a dragon flying course did the basic course but it didnt give me credit. why? it says i have to do an active dragonflight rally what is this?
also i try and do outland trainers and it wont do anything. i cant battle pet trainers.
The rally is where you compete against other players, not where you run the course by yourself. You want to look for a checkered flag icon on the map. Once you speak to the NPC you need to wait for more players to queue up before it begins.
what about pet trainers. i am by the gnome in outland and all she says is i can’t defeat her and won’t let me battle her. why cant i do pet battles? i am by checkered icon it wont give me option to start race.
Time rifts start in the same location every hour on the hour - you talk to Siridomi to begin, and will be given a prompt to do so when the event starts.
If you’re referring to the Kalimdor Cup, that doesn’t start until next Tuesday.
Are you referring to the trading post task “Defeat Outland Pet Tamers”? This is to defeat tamers in Outland, not random pets. Here is a list of Outland tamers: https://www.wowhead.com/quest=31921/battle-pet-tamers-outland

no im trying to fight the tamers in outlands and it wont let me. gnome in hellfire keeps giving me message that based on power of her pets she could defeat me and wont fight me.
I think you need to do the tamer quests in order the first time?
The most common reason for a Battle Pet Tamer quest not being available is that the previous Battle Pet Tamer quest has not been completed yet. Ensure you go back and complete the previous Battle Pet Tamer quest.
Try again tomorrow she may ease up.
