i cant find it is it gone? and if so why? this is an ICONIC SPELL FOR AFFLICTION WARLOCKS. second why is affliction completely based around 2 spells i neither care about nor use. it should be a dot based tree.

I think it’s a passive now as a choice node with Absolute Corruption. If it’s not showing up, it might be one of the many bugs that have plagued pre-patch.
absolutely brilliant. also did we always have to choose between improved shadow bolt and drain soul?

I think so? I remember Drain Soul being a talent that replaced Shadow Bolt… but I can’t remember if it was a choice node with anything. I haven’t been able to log in all week and really dive into the talent changes. Real life sucks, sometimes. 
mine was only reset 15 points for affliction. it defaulted to that green talent next to it. which i dont think i ever picked.

Hover over the middle choice node on the 3rd row of the Aff tree. It’s there.
