Consider me blind, but I can’t find it. I looked in my spells page for current and future skills, nothing there. In talents I see it at the bottom of the rogue section, but it says IF YOU ALREADY KNOW IT get an extra charge.
Well, where do I acquire the ability to “already know it”. Because I don’t see it anywhere else. Just buffs for it way up in the subtlety tree suggesting I get it early. This is probably an ultra newb question and I’m missing something obvious.
