Yeah its pretty bad. Only time i ever do damage is with counterstrike totem, which doesnt work at higher ranks

It’s pretty tough in PvP environments, with Pres and Disc bringing so much damage to heal conversion.
RSham brings a lot of utility, but that really increases the skillcap and I’m not really sure why you would want to play a spec that is so much harder than something like Pres that’s comparatively mindless for the same performance
