Where is Rell Nightwind in Sw Keep?

I’ve read posts that say to talk to someone named Rell Nightwind in Stormwind Keep but I go where the video shows and I don’t see him/her. I’m trying to get to Pandaria as a level 112 mage. How can I get there?

He should be standing just outside the Keep in between the two staircases going down. Walk out of the Keep and he should be straight ahead.

If you have already done the starting Pandaria quest, you may already have the portal to Pandaria. Check at the hot air balloon over in the area to the right of the Keep close to the portals to the Cataclysm area portals.

Well that was certainly weird. I just logged back in after seeing your reply and I had a quest to visit the Keep that I never had before. As far as I know I didn’t do anything different, it was just on my map and BOOM a cutscene played and now Rell is where you said. Before I went back into the keep and saw the cutscene he wasn’t there.

That would explain it. Sometimes the pop-up quest to enter the Keep doesn’t show up until after a relog. Glad it’s working now. Go smoosh up mobs in Pandaria now :smile:
