Where is Primal Sargerite

So, i was bored a few weeks ago and ran some dungeons. The Fel Hound harness dropped, so i took up Legion mining and Blacksmithing.

I have run all over Argus, ran Antorus, preformed genocide on the basilisks. Where is Primal Sargerite? I have to make some armor for the guy in Dalaran to get my Blacksmithing higher and cant get any to drop.

According to Wowhead you can make some with Alchemy, but it’s BoP. It can also be gathered from Empyrium nodes and herbs on Argus.

if i remembered correctly， you get them randomly from any gathering profession in legion zones.

I have the same issue. Skinning everything I kill gives me zero primal sargerite! Where can I get more.
