Where is Mograine in the Horde as max lv?

I am trying to start the quest to pick a covenant but cant find mograine

some places says he is Orgrimar next to a purple portal but there is none of that for me, naturally as max lv cant talk to chromie either to choice the time line

can anyone see it with max lv characters ?

I have a max-level Horde priest who has never touched Shadowlands content, and she can see him. He’s out in front of Grommash Hold with Nazgrim and a handful of death knights.

i am reading that it is glirtched, at least for some people, i already tried wit hdifferent characters and even a friend go to see and nope, seems like something is off for some but not for others somehow

Is it asking for Papa Mograine or Darion?

Have you already traveled to the Shadowlands on the characters in question? Darion’s only in Orgrimmar for the very first Shadowlands quest.
