Off having wild adventures in an alternate timeline I imagine.
With wraithron and other lore characters that are too powerful or to complex to write simple stories about good and evil about.

He’s the God of a new realm. He’s literally a Titan by now - he consumed the power of his Azeroth and used it to destroy the void lords instantly, in typical Med’an fashion.
And Wrathion is hardly overpowered - they’re just really lax on using him.

Med’an isn’t canon.
Like not even a “retcon.” The stories featuring him are not part of the continuity of this game. They might have been intended to be canon at the time, but they were never referenced, and have since been confirmed to be scrapped.

The attack on theramore by Twilight Hammer, during Varian and Thrall meeting, I’m pretty sure did happen. Except of course wonderboy wasn’t actually there (hopefully didn’t actually exist at all).
Everything else that happened on the comics second half is doubtfully canon.
